TERMS OF SERVICE

This Agreement between you, Subscriber and McRibel.com governs the use of any of McRibel.com's Service(s), authorizing McRibel.com to charge your credit/debit card. These Services permit Subscribers to perform a number of interactive functions through the use of a personal computer.

When you subscribe to any of McRibel.com's services you understand and you agree to the terms and conditions of the entire Agreement.

In order to enroll in any McRibel.com Service, you must be at least 18 years of age; you must populate every field on every form presented to you with accurate data; you must have a valid email address; and you must agree to be bound by this Agreement and/or any other agreement governing your use of the Service and/or particular resource. Your failure to populate every field may result in your waiver of certain rights under this Agreement, or other agreements.

Subscription may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform McRibel.com of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password.

McRibel.com assumes no responsibilities for actions taken by readers. McRibel.com is not providing investment advice. McRibel.com does not make any claims, promises, or guarantees that any suggestions, systems, trading strategies, or information will result in a profit, loss, or any other desired result. All readers assume all risk, including but not limited to the risk of loses.

McRibel.com assumes no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, misstatements, errors, fabrications, contained within documents, data, materials, web site pages, contained here within and associated pages, either through error or negligence.

You agree that once McRibel.com has provided an access to the web site content, McRibel.com has fully performed under the terms of this Agreement.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY

By submitting your credit/debit card ("Bank Card") data to McRibel.com, you authorize McRibel.com in its complete discretion to submit a financial transaction(s) to your issuing bank for settlement.

Payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless McRibel.com is notified via customer service form three days prior to membership expiration.

Unless and until this agreement is canceled, Subscriber hereby authorizes McRibel.com to charge Subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscription to our services may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either McRibel.com or the Subscriber via customer service. When termination is requested by a Subscriber, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Cancellation of service is not official until Subscriber receives e-mail confirmation from McRibel.com. If Subscriber does not receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber must resubmit the cancellation and verify that his/her e-mail address is correct.

REFUND POLICY

You agree to contact McRibel.com in the event that you desire to cancel any recurring charge, 3 days prior to the next billing cycle. Should you fail to contact McRibel.com, you agree to indemnify and hold McRibel.com harmless from any losses or damages that you suffer as a result of a recurring charge. Refund and chargeback requests will result in your card being blocked for many Internet sales. McRibel.com may be contacted via customer service.

If you think that there is an error on your account, including an incorrect amount or unauthorized transaction, you agree to contact McRibel.com within the below time periods. Upon proper notification, McRibel.com, in its sole discretion may issue a credit to your Bank Card:
United States Issued Bank Cards Within 120 days of the transaction.
International Issued Bank Cards Within 180 days of the transaction.
A refund administrative fee of $1 + 8% will be withheld in all cases, except the incorrect amount of transaction.
